Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We do not share any data with anyone except where we send confidential & mandatory data to Public Health England to report sales & test results.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Please book/order your Covid-19 test kits at least 3 working days (Monday-Friday) before your departure date.

Subject to Royal Mail COVID-19 Priority Box collection and delivery service, the result usually takes 48-72 hours to be available, but in some cases, it may take up to 96 hours or more.

Refunds Policy

  • We offer a refund (less a £20 administration charge) to all Online Orders and In Clinic appointments subject to the conditions below.
  • Refunds must only be requested via email at info@4medicaltesting.co.uk
  • For Health and Safety reasons, dispatched kits will NOT be refunded. All test kits are liable to deteriorate and/or expire rapidly, therefore these products are exempt from returns under article 28(1) of the 2013 Regs. Any returned kits received by us will be destroyed to prevent potential contamination and spread of Covid-19.
  • Any customers requesting a refund due to a change in government ruling will be offered a full refund.
  • Any cancelation of an appointment, delivery or collection is subjective to a £20 admin fee.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be fully processed.
  • We are not liable for any delay in the delivery of kits to the customer using a trackable courier service or from customers to our laboratory using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • We are not liable for any delay in issuing test results or test certificates.
  • We are not liable for any errors made by the customer at the time of booking that are reflected on the certificate.
