We offer a refund (less a £20 administration charge) to all Online Orders and In Clinic appointments subject to the conditions below.
For Health and Safety reasons, dispatched kits will NOT be refunded. All test kits are liable to deteriorate and/or expire rapidly, therefore these products are exempt from returns under article 28(1) of the 2013 Regs. Any returned kits received by us will be destroyed to prevent potential contamination and spread of Covid-19.
Any customers requesting a refund due to a change in government ruling will be offered a full refund.
Any cancelation of an appointment, delivery or collection is subjective to a £20 admin fee.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be fully processed.
We are not liable for any delay in the delivery of kits to the customer using a trackable courier service or from customers to our laboratory using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We are not liable for any delay in issuing test results or test certificates.
We are not liable for any errors made by the customer at the time of booking that are reflected on the certificate.
